We are launching a new Interior Design service as a pilot project and are looking for an Interior Designer who can take ownership of this initiative from the beginning.
Our customers already visit us for products such as wall panels, louvers, flooring, ceiling panels, wall cladding, roofing and façade solutions. Your role will be to understand their space and requirements, offer suitable interior design solutions and convert these enquiries and walk-ins into interior design projects.
Meet customers and understand their requirements, taste and budget.
Design interiors for homes, kothis, offices and commercial spaces.
Create practical and attractive 2D/3D design concepts and presentations.
Recommend suitable materials, finishes, colours and products.
Use our range of wall panels, flooring, ceilings, louvers, cladding and other products creatively in your designs.
Present design concepts confidently and explain them to customers.
Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into projects.
Coordinate with vendors and execution teams when required.
Maintain a good customer experience throughout the design journey.
Take end-to-end ownership of building and growing the Interior Design service.
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design from a reputed institute.
2–5 years of relevant interior design experience.
Good knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes and current design trends.
Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit or similar tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Confident in dealing with customers and understanding their requirements.
Creative, practical and commercially aware.
Should be comfortable with client interaction, follow-ups and converting enquiries into projects.
Self-driven and capable of working independently.
Someone who is excited by the opportunity to build something new rather than simply execute assigned designs.
This is a pilot project with the opportunity to build and lead a new Interior Design service within an established product business.
